Building fast and well for a hotel client (2017) In just three weeks and in fast-track mode, Sidcan expanded this Orford hotel/inn with a modular construction of 54 units of prefabricated wooden condos assembled on site. Sidcan has also built gymnasium, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a meeting room, a multi-storey underground parking and a terrace with bar. The client was so satisfied that he asked the Sidcan team to make renovations to the existing building while they were on site.
