The Project Coordinator assists the Project Managers in the planning, organization and control of ongoing projects, all according to the processes and tools used by the company.
- Prepare project documentation (opening of the construction site with the CNESST, prevention program, list of participants, insurance certificates and bonds and any other document of public authority)
- Ensure the integration and follow-up of the administrative and technical documentation of the project on the PROCORE integrated management platform (plans, specifications, directives, reports, list of shop drawings, plans and specifications, Technical Questions and Answers) and ensure the follow-up with the various stakeholders;
- Follow, analyze and adjust budgets with diligence;
- Assist the project managers in the management and control of changes and directives from the professionals on the integrated management software CTRL;
- Prepare and manage contracts and purchase orders while ensuring budgetary control;
- Support the monthly billing of various projects;
- Perform accounting reconciliations at the end of the project;
- Manage and follow up on deficiency lists on PROCORE;
- Manage end of project documents;
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the procedures and tools in place;
- Support the project managers in the drafting of qualification documents;
- Perform all other tasks related to project management and coordination.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
- Knowledge of CTRL and PROCORE software, an asset;
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken;
- Basic English.

- Minimum of a DEC or college certificate or equivalent.
