Are you a determined, dynamic person with excellent communication and human resources management skills? We want to meet you! This role will be supported by the CFO and you will also work closely with the management team who cares about all the people in the organization and is eager to innovate. 

YOUR ROLE: 

- Develop and maintain HR processes that will be aligned with the company's mission and strategies;

- Identify the company's hiring needs and promote best practices in human resources engagement;

- Manage the full recruitment cycle for the entire organization and various disciplines with the collaboration of managers (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, screening, and background checks of applicants)

- Implement proactive social media strategies to promote Sidcan's interests (LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and others);

- Participate in the organization of our virtual and in-person recruiting events (job fairs and university intern recruitment);

- Manage the onboarding and integration process for new hires and plan the employee training plan;

- Provide consultative support and solutions on all people-related issues, including but not limited to employee relations, performance issues, etc.

- Ensure compliance and drafting including updating files related to hiring, transfer, promotion and termination;

- Participate in job evaluations, salary recommendations and market analysis;

- Maintain detailed organizational charts and job descriptions as well as salary records;

- Stay current and comply with changes in labor legislation;- Identify, facilitate and participate in training as needed.  

PROFILE WANTED:

- Basic knowledge of talent attraction strategies;

- 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources;

- Degree in human resources, industrial relations or any related discipline;

- Strong interpersonal skills and natural ability to build relationships;

- Detail-oriented and resourceful. 

- Bilingualism (FR/ANG);

- Ability to network and work with social media;

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR EmployerD platform
